Fordeq

Core Concepts

Every integration built in Fordeq follows the same principles. Data is collected from one or more sources, optionally transformed or validated, and delivered to the required destination. These concepts form the foundation of every integration running on the platform.

Flows

A Flow defines the complete integration process. It specifies where data comes from, how it is processed and where it should be delivered, while keeping the entire execution centralized and easy to monitor.

Connectors

Connectors allow Fordeq to communicate with enterprise systems, including relational databases, REST APIs, file servers, Kafka clusters and SWIFT messaging environments.

Triggers

A Flow can start automatically based on a schedule, an incoming file, a Kafka message, an API request or other platform events, removing the need for manual intervention.

Transformations

Data can be validated, filtered, enriched and mapped between different structures and formats before being delivered to the next system in the integration flow.

Supported Data Sources

Fordeq can work with enterprise databases, structured files (CSV, Excel, XML, JSON, TXT), Apache Kafka event streams, REST APIs and financial SWIFT messages, including both MT and ISO 20022 MX standards.

Monitoring

Every Flow execution is recorded with detailed execution history, logging, performance metrics and error tracking, providing complete visibility into all integrations running on the platform.
